LaBú Theatre is an artistic performance creation and research project focusing on new visual narratives through the body in movement and the poetry of objects and the senses.
LaBú carves a path between ambiguity and suggestion through a unique language, building a universe in which the creation of atmospheres, textures, plasticity and music generates narratives in movement that evoke states of reflection for audiences of all ages.
Our work creates a space of freedom for the imagination and invites the audience to take an active part, generating meaning for all that their senses are interpreting. The sensory and emotional reverberations that originate from this connection is what we refer to as poetry of the senses

LaBú Theatre is a contemporary art creation and research project that focuses on the dramaturgy of objects, atmospheres and visual landscapes, using ordinary materials and turning them into something extraordinary.
LaBú Theatre’s aesthetics are underpinned by its unique language, comprising textures, plasticity and music that create living pictures that evoke a state of lightness and freedom for all audiences.
