Fragile, a delicate portrait of vulnerability
The premiere that has not been premiered. We planned to debut two creations in 2020 but Fragile has still not had the opportunity to make it onto the stage. An intimate, delicate performance that strongly embraces our own language. Faithful to the things we like, to our movement and the unique physicality that we have gradually discovered over time and which defines us, generating our own identity as a company, as artists in the world of performing arts. Yes, we are talking about fragility, about the moment when the fragility of life and our very existence is brutally exposed right before our eyes. Where do we go when we fall off the tightrope of life? Where are we now?
Performances speak to us. Often. You embark on a journey with the act of creation and have no idea where it is taking you until further down the line, when you can look at it from the outside and see what your creation is saying to you. After 3 tough years of our lives, of coping as people, of parenthood, Fragile is what has emerged.
A man and a women who fall. They fall into their fragility, making them question, watch and observe what has happened to their lives, eventually falling into a space in which time and life itself stop.
Fragile, a delicate portrait of life.
